There are several very motivated students in the current WholeBlue Eating class who have finished Module 1 and are ready to start, or have already started their 21-day trial.
In celebration of those students, and to encourage those of you who are not there yet, I thought it might be helpful to see what a whole-food, plant-based daily diet could look like. So starting June 5 I will post a picture on Instagram of one of my meals for the day, every day for 21 days (and maybe a few more).
